Hama Beauty helps users to find makeup and skincare products without needing to search through hundreds of products and spending money on things that might not work.


We conducted interviews with twelve (12) potential users, aged 16 and up, to learn about the difficulties they experienced when selecting their products. The collection of sample questions is below.
In order to see how similar potential customers' needs were, we conducted surveys and interviews. It is predicated on the 20 individuals who helped us gain a clearer understanding of a problem.
A persona is generally based on the user research and incorporates the needs, goals, and observed behavior patterns of the target audience.

Used empathy mapping to understands and prioritize user needs. It helps to get closer to what user thinks and feels.
